Note that many objects I (and the museum) label as "jade" could equally well be jadeite or even other minerals.

Are the jade hands separate, individual, pieces or part of a larger body?
ReplyDeleteI believe each of the jade hands is a separate, individual and complete sculpture, not a broken fragment of a larger piece, but I am not absolutely certain.
